About You
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2-7 years technical support or field service experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, demeanor and attitude.
- Ability to consistently travel to various work sites.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English.
- Must be eligible for and able to maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
