As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing forklifts and material handling equipment, performing planned maintenance and safety inspections, troubleshooting various systems, and communicating with customers about repairs and equipment status. You will also maintain service vehicles and tools, complete service reports, and adhere to safety policies.
About You
Required:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environments.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment.
- Experience working with multiple brands of forklifts.
