Summary
ITW is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team, responsible for after-sales and warranty service across Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will manage installations, troubleshooting, servicing, calibrations, and customer training for servo-hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems. Your role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal equipment performance, involving routine maintenance, diagnostics, and remote technical support.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7 years of field-based experience in electronic instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Navision and Dynamics CRM is a plus.
- Demonstrated adherence to workplace safety standards and best practices.
