About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems and peripherals. Your daily tasks will include documenting and upgrading hardware and software systems, supporting user account information, training employees, and recommending products or services to meet customer needs.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or its equivalent.
- CompTIA A+ certification (can obtain within 6 months of hire).
- 0 to 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
