About the Role
As a Field Service Technician I, you will represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at customer locations. Your responsibilities include diagnosing problems, performing minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. You will receive comprehensive training to develop the necessary skills for the role.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
- Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
- Basic Electrical and Mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
Preferred:
- An associate degree is preferred.
- Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is preferred.
