About the Role
As a Field Service Technician I, you will be responsible for performing customer installations, maintenance, and service calls effectively. You will service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory, and handle maintenance, repair, and system overhauls. The position requires effective communication with customers and the ability to triage and resolve issues promptly.
About You
Required:
- Local candidate to specific geographic area.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
- Basic PC skills and electronic skills.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
- A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
- One or more years of related experience.

- Hourly pay range: $19 to $21 depending on location and experience level.
