About the Role
As a Field Service Technician I, you will be responsible for performing customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively. You will service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory, perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance work, and system overhauls. You will also communicate with customers to find the right solutions and handle issues proactively.
About You
Required:
- Local candidate to specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift tools and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs without assistance and up to 150 lbs with assistance
Preferred:
- Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
- A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
- One or more years of related experience

- Hourly pay range: $17.00 to $20.83 depending on location and experience levels
