About the Role
As a Field Service Technician I, you will be responsible for servicing self-checkout systems and other electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory. Your duties will include performing maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls, while ensuring prompt and effective service to customers. You will also engage in training provided by NCR Voyix to enhance your skills and contribute to customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Local candidate to specific geographic area.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
- Basic PC skills and electronic skills.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
- A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
- One or more years of related experience.
Benefits
- Hourly pay range of $19 to $21 depending on location and experience level.
