As a Field Service Technician I, you will be responsible for reporting product failure trends, providing efficient maintenance, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be accountable for the performance of assigned machines and achieving branch metric targets.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments.
- Ability to travel with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.
Preferred:
- Completion of the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF new-hire class.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
