As a Field Service Technician II, you will be responsible for performing customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively. You will manage network faults, configuration, security, and remote system access while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The position requires both virtual and hands-on training to enhance your skills and capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Local candidate to specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
- Rotating and weekend shifts
- Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
Preferred:
- Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
- A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
- One or more years of related experience
