As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for adhering to safety policies, performing installations and repairs on injection molding machinery, conducting safety checks, troubleshooting machine failures, and providing customer training. You will also document service calls, maintain maintenance records, and respond to customer issues in a professional manner.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of related experience in injection molding machinery.
Preferred:
- Relevant technical degree.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery, systems, and controls.
- Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines.
