About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on allied type construction and lift truck equipment. You will assist in determining if equipment needs to be transported to the shop for repairs, establish service-oriented relationships with customers, and complete service reports and paperwork. The position requires keeping current with industry standards and may involve working in various locations, including customer job sites.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous related work experience or successful completion of a formal technical training program.
- Experience working on electric, diesel engines, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, drivetrain, and brake systems.
Preferred:
- Automotive and Industrial Maintenance Technicians encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Cat software.
