Radon Medical Imaging is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join their team in Gaffney, SC. The role involves resolving advanced service repair needs of designated radiology equipment and driving customer satisfaction through service excellence.
About the Role
As a Field Services Engineer, you will be the primary face of Radon Services to customers, responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, validation, and maintenance of assigned equipment. You will lead and assist less experienced Field Engineers, communicate with customers to manage issues, and engage with team members to ensure awareness of issue status. Additionally, you will co-lead regular team meetings and partner with customers to recommend value-added services for improved business efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of servicing electrical equipment, or equivalent military education and 4+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment, or High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
- Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers in a solution-based service process.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
- Experience with web applications and Microsoft Office suite.
