Summary

ECI is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves providing end-user desktop support and server administration for clients in Windows, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.

About the Role

As a Field Services Engineer, you will resolve Level 1 and 2 support cases, manage client expectations during troubleshooting, and perform system maintenance including software patching and Active Directory support. You will also interface with technology support tools and may need to travel within the NY tri-state area for client support.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or 3+ years of equivalent technical experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows Server, and Windows 10/11.
Knowledge of Active Directory, client VPN setup, and basic cybersecurity concepts.

Preferred:

Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP).
Familiarity with VM Ware and Azure.
