About the Role
As a Field Services Intern, you will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders, participating in field construction coordination, project status reporting, communication with clients and contractors, construction inspection, and material management oversight. You will also attend construction progress meetings and assist with additional tasks as needed. The internship includes participation in the Power Academy training for the first 6-7 weeks, with travel and lodging covered by TRC.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid US Driver’s License.
- Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid technical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks.
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
- Willing to work over-time and travel out of town weekly.
- Able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Clean driving record.
