About the Role
As a Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of 5-10 technicians, managing resources, driving service quality, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to align service operations with business objectives, oversee system configurations and installations, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role also includes tracking performance metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
About You
Required:
5+ years of experience in service management, field operations, or technical leadership within LMR, RF, telecommunications, or critical communications industries.
Proven ability to lead and develop field service technicians in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in resource management, scheduling, and service forecasting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Experience working with Federal agencies or public safety organizations.
Project management experience with proficiency in tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
Familiarity with radio or communications systems in public safety or utilities.
Knowledge of two-way radio systems and LAN network infrastructure.
