About the Role
As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating manpower, subcontractors, and equipment on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining accurate documentation of project progress. You will work closely with Project Managers to monitor budgets and schedules, and provide technical guidance to field personnel.
About You
Required:
- BA in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of telecommunications experience in ISP/OSP.
- Ability to manage multiple aggressive job schedules.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Completion of OSHA 30 course for Construction.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience in conflict resolution and complex problem solving.
