About the Role
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing daily functions of an EMT/Paramedic, supporting field staff, assessing call situations, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring system status management, and maintaining records of issued equipment. You will also ensure adherence to protocols and report any workplace incidents.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of EMT/paramedic experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Arizona State Driver’s License.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, BTLS/PHTLS Certifications.
Preferred:
- Some leadership experience.
- Some advanced education.
