About the Role
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring the activities of Care Partners, conducting compliance visits, providing training to caregivers, and meeting with new clients to assess their needs. This position requires local travel to clients' homes, with up to 80-90% of your time spent in the field.
About You
Required:
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completed 2 years of full-time study at an accredited College or University.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
- Sensitivity to the needs of the aged and disabled.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program.
- Ability to handle crisis situations and perform problem-solving interventions.
