About the Role
As a Field Technical Support Specialist, you will respond to technical problems, provide escalated support for complex issues, document malfunctions, and evaluate technology operations. You will also prepare reports, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and provide training to staff while working under limited supervision.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
