- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools, machine tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic math skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Current, valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
- Experience in machining processes and CNC programming.
- Background in mechanical manufacturing and blueprint reading.
