- Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft) and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
- Experience in customer service or technical support.
- Familiarity with smart home technology.
