About the Role
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties, using electronic test equipment to troubleshoot issues, ensuring proper signal levels, and educating customers on their equipment. You will also take on additional duties to support the company's mission and values.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- At least 3 months of customer service or related experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
Preferred:
- Flexibility to work overtime and on-call as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions positively.
