About the Role
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining efficiency standards, rework rates, and comprehensive knowledge of job codes. Your tasks will include achieving annual repair efficiency of at least 85%, ensuring rework hours remain under 3%, adhering to standard repair times, and exceeding safety standards. You will also manage documentation, disassemble and reassemble components, provide customer quotes, diagnose mechanical issues, and validate repairs.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience or training is required.
Preferred:
- Associate Degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent.
- Certification to operate a forklift and/or manlift.
