About the Role
As a Field Technician, you will visit customers' homes to solve problems and introduce them to smart home technology. Your responsibilities include installing and servicing DISH equipment, teaching customers how to use their tech, and maintaining a clean work area while working independently and staying connected with the team.
About You
Required:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft) and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service or technical support.
- Familiarity with smart home technology.
