About the Role
As a Director in the Software and Product Innovation team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying market opportunities, maintaining high standards of integrity and quality, fostering a culture of innovation, and overseeing project execution to ensure client satisfaction. You will also mentor the next generation of leaders and work with global teams to integrate advanced technologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent specialized training.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Data Processing/Analytics/Science.
- Certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), AWS, Azure, or GCP Specialized Certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified SAFe Agilist.
- Experience leading large teams with a focus on talent development.
- Strong client-facing skills requiring strategic thinking.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in developing and executing business development initiatives.
