About the Role
As a Finance Analyst, you will work closely with the finance team to streamline and manage finance initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, collaborating with teams to optimize financial processes, assisting with ad hoc financial projects, and developing accounting policies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.).
- Background in cost accounting or financial risk management.
- Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills and team player.
Preferred:
- Blockchain and Crypto Accounting experience.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
