About the Role
As a Finance Associate, you will produce and analyze profit and loss reports, prepare balance sheets and financial forecasts, conduct budget forecasting and financial modeling, support business projects and regulatory reporting, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
About You
Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and proactiveness.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to observe and enhance processes to drive team efficiency.
Preferred:
- Interest in and familiarity with financial markets and products.
- Previous experience in audit, accounting, controllership, or FP&A.
- Experience with digital tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Familiarity with key financial functions, including Product Control, FP&A, Management Reporting, Balance Sheet and Revenue Analysis, Profit and Loss Calculations, Regulatory Reporting & Reconciliation.
