Summary
Medtronic is seeking a Finance Consultant for GCO Channel Innovations to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves providing finance leadership and analytical support to drive growth and financial performance for the Tail Account and Channel Innovation commercial teams.
About the Role
As a Finance Consultant, you will report directly to the VP Finance, Global Commercial Office, and be responsible for delivering financial insights, supporting revenue growth, designing quotas, analyzing performance, and managing expenses. You will partner with various stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and lead the annual operating plan and forecasting processes.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Broad finance background including financial planning and analysis, commercial/sales finance support, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Preferred:
- MBA preferred.
- Experience in a commercial finance role.
- CPA, CMA, and/or MBA.
- Medical device, healthcare or pharma industry experience.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
