Summary
AbbVie is seeking a Finance Lead, Immunology Patient Services to join their team in Mettawa, IL. The role involves establishing financial strategies and supporting business analytics for the US Strategic Tx Operations business.
About the Role
As a Finance Lead, you will partner closely with the Immunology AbbVie Patient Services organization to perform financial planning and analysis activities, including month-end close activities, budget tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting. You will also drive finance transformation initiatives and interact with management to communicate financial implications.
About You
Required:
- Six+ years of progressive Finance and/or Accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Preferred:
- CPA and/or MBA.
- Experience with large scale ERP and planning systems such as SAP/BPC.
