Norton Motorcycles Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager - USA to lead financial operations for their U.S. subsidiary. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance in the motorcycle industry.
About the Role
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing all financial operations in the U.S. market. This includes leading the annual budgeting process, overseeing day-to-day finance operations, managing banking relationships, ensuring tax compliance, and acting as a strategic partner to the Country Manager.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- CPA, CMA, or MBA.
- Experience in a subsidiary or multinational environment, preferably in automotive or consumer durable goods industries.
- SAP knowledge.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
