ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager, Gross-to-Net to join their team in Bridgewater, NJ. The role involves managing core gross-to-net activities and providing financial insights in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
About the Role
As a Finance Manager, Gross-to-Net, you will be responsible for overseeing net sales calculations, managing accruals and provisions, and supporting chargebacks and revenue-related issue resolution. You will partner with internal stakeholders on product launches and financial reporting, while also helping to improve processes and drive financial accuracy in a highly regulated environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of gross-to-net experience within pharmaceuticals
- Strong understanding of revenue accounting, accruals, deductions, chargebacks, and rebates
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with finance and non-finance partners
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
Preferred:
- Experience in ERP environments; SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and improve processes
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Master’s degree is a plus
