About the Role
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial reporting and preparation for annual audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting the CEO with the annual budget. You will also oversee employee benefits administration and serve as the office manager, approving expenditures in the CEO's absence. Your duties will include processing payroll, maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP, and managing financial aspects of Chamber programs and events.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Four years in a comparable role required.
Strong understanding of GAAP.
Facility with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven analytical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
