Summary
Voltage Energy is seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to join their team in Chapel Hill, NC. The role involves overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the company’s general ledger and financial reporting processes.
About the Role
As a Financial Accounting Manager, you will lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP, and manage account reconciliations and intercompany transactions. You will also support payroll journal accuracy, maintain the GL structure within the ERP system, and manage treasury, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
- 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software like SAP and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- General Ledger experience.
- CPA (active or in-progress).
- Fluency in Mandarin or Chinese.
