About You
- 6+ years of experience as a fiduciary financial advisor.
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM designation.
- Ability to listen, anticipate, and overcome objections to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Ability to prioritize independently while working cohesively in a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot and Orion Advisor Services.
- Existing book of business is a plus.
