- Four-year college or university degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or related studies.
- 2+ years of experience in an Analytics or Financial role.
- Strong knowledge of the group insurance marketplace and alternative funding methods.
- Proficiency with Power BI and Visual Basic.
