About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of finance-related experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish successful cross-departmental relationships.
- Strong project management skills and experience working in teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in forecasting, modeling, and data analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong business writing skills.
- Experience with Finance and Business Intelligence tools such as Adaptive Insights, Great Plains, Workday, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a problem solver.
- Ability to travel infrequently.
