Summary
MATCOR Metal Fabrication is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Lexington, NC. The role involves supporting the factory’s consolidation and reporting process, including analysis of operating results and ensuring data accuracy.
About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will participate in the plant’s financial month-end process, follow up with departments on data integrity, generate key financial reports, assist in budget preparation, and support internal and external audits. You will also look for ways to automate tasks and provide insights into business performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years manufacturing accounting experience.
- ERP software knowledge and experience.
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications.
- Strong financial & data analysis skills.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of financial and non-financial measurements systems, lean manufacturing practices and cost management systems.
- Forecasting and budget experience.
