Frette is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves performing financial analysis of plans and budgets, supporting monthly closings, and assisting with various special projects.
About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will report to the North America FP&A director and be responsible for conducting planning and forecasting for the Omni-Channel Luxury brand, providing monthly reporting and insights for divisional P&Ls, and supporting finance and accounting as an Excel champion. You will also reconcile performance variance commentary, streamline processes, communicate results to leadership, and perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3 - 5 years of related experience in a financial analysis role.
- Knowledge and proficiency of finance/accounting principles.
- Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills required.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a Hybrid work environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with BI tools such as D365, Power BI, or similar.
- Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
- General knowledge of accounting, reporting skills, and time management.
