About the Role

As a Financial Associate, you will be responsible for opening deposit accounts, processing transactions, balancing cash, and maintaining customer relationships. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, assist with account maintenance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. About You

Required:

High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of two years of retail/sales or banking experience.

Preferred:

Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems.
Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
