As a Financial Center Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and efficiency within the financial center. Your duties will include developing sales strategies, setting individual goals for team members, ensuring operational soundness, upholding a customer-centric culture, providing employee development, ensuring compliance with regulations, and engaging with the community.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years of banking and/or retail experience.
- 2 - 3 years of sales leadership experience.
- 2 - 3 years of management experience.
Preferred:
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to motivate and direct team activities.
