As a Financial Center Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, guiding team members to achieve individual goals, ensuring operational compliance, and fostering a customer-centric culture. You will also engage with the community and utilize technology to enhance efficiency.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of Banking and/or retail experience.
- 2 - 3 years of Sales leadership experience.
- 2 - 3 years of Management experience.
Preferred:
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in community engagement and CRA efforts.
