About the Role
As a Financial Consultant, you will counsel participants on pension plans and investment options, educate clients on new product purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and utilize tax and investment strategies to inform financial advice. You will also communicate with cross-business partnerships to develop TIAA products and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Plan Sponsors.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in financial consulting or a related field.
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) required within 120 days.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in financial consulting or a related field.
- University degree in a relevant field.
