About the Role

As a Financial Controller, you will oversee general ledger activities, prepare and analyze financial statements, assist with budgeting and audit processes, ensure compliance with GAAP, and manage the accounting team. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and optimize ERP usage.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA required.
8–10 years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
3–5 years of experience managing or leading accounting professionals.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Preferred:

Public accounting and audit experience.
Experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage close processes, audits, and multiple deadlines.
Proven experience supporting budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
