About the Role
As a Financial Controller, you will lead and oversee comprehensive accounting operations, develop and maintain effective bookkeeping practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), evaluate current accounting systems, manage treasury functions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, provide financial insights, and foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within private wealth management or family offices.
Preferred:
- Proven expertise in bookkeeping, systems management, and SOP creation/maintenance.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and treasury functions.
- Experience implementing and managing accounting software and related technologies; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
