About the Role

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing all U.S. accounting activities in compliance with U.S. GAAP, overseeing monthly and quarterly close processes, and preparing management reports. You will work closely with the HQ finance team in Israel and U.S. commercial teams, support the implementation of financial systems, and contribute to SEC reporting processes. This position also requires occasional travel for investor and industry conferences.

About You

Required:

Proven experience with U.S. GAAP reporting.
At least 5 years of experience as a Controller / Assistant Controller / Senior Accountant within a U.S. public company.

Preferred:

CPA license in the U.S.
Previous experience working with NASDAQ-listed companies.
Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition in Medical Devices.
