As a Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for meeting with residents and families to discuss financial obligations, ensuring all admission agreements are signed, and confirming that monthly income contributions are paid in full. You will also handle other duties as required within the finance team.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience in a Nursing Home finance/Medicaid office.
- Must have or be in the process of receiving a Bachelor's degree.
- High comfort level to meet with residents/families to discuss and advise on their financial obligations.
- Must be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Should be highly detailed and organized.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with skilled nursing facility finances.
- Experience dealing with Medicaid.
