About the Role
As a Financial Lines Account Executive, you will act as the primary advisor for a portfolio of accounts, providing consultative support on various coverages including D&O, EPLI, Cyber, E&O, Fiduciary, and Crime. You will conduct policy reviews, risk assessments, and manage multiple client accounts while mentoring junior team members and coordinating with internal departments and carriers. Additionally, you will lead renewal strategy discussions and maintain close relationships with carriers to stay ahead of market shifts.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years’ experience in financial lines within an insurance brokerage.
- Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Preferred:
- Expert knowledge of products such as Directors and Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Errors and Omissions (E&O), and Cyber liabilities.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic.
