Summary
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager to lead the financial operations of a National Security Sector business unit in McLean, VA.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial operations, provide analysis of results and forecasts, lead a team of FP&A analysts, and develop strategies to minimize financial risks. You will partner with account executives to create business plans and contribute to the annual planning process, incorporating innovative ideas and best practices.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership within the accounting and finance function of a professional services provider.
- Experience managing financial operations and leading a finance function with exposure to best practices in annual planning and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Oracle or ERP accounting systems.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
- Experience with finance and accounting in a government services context.
- Experience leading an FP&A function or Program Control Lead for a large government contract.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
