About the Role
As an Associate Director in FP&A, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end reporting solutions, assisting clients with forecasting and budgeting processes, supporting interim FP&A leadership, and providing decision support through various financial models and analyses. You will work closely with clients to improve their financial performance and operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting/investment banking and corporate FP&A roles.
- Mastery of financial modeling, including integrated, driver-based 3 statement models and 13-week cash forecast models.
- Experience with Corporate Performance Improvement technologies (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite) and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance, especially the relationships between financial statements.

- Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and create compelling narratives from data.
- Experience in a dynamic work environment and ability to identify and solve problems.
- Willingness to participate in community service and company initiatives.
- Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location.
